  • Distance & obstacles will increase the cost to run the service to your house
  • This also assume your panel has room or it may require a panel upgrade

 

DELUXE PACKAGE INCLUDES:

 

  • 60 Amp Subpanel
  • 18 Outlets/Receptacles
  • 6-4' Fluorescent/LED Lights
  • 3 Outside lights (you supply)
  • 4 Switches for Lights
  •  $6,299.00
  •  **Extra charge for hook up** (min. fee $800)
  • The hook up to your house will be estimated on site
  • Distance & obstacles will increase the cost to run the service to your house
  • This also assume your panel has room or it may require a panel upgrade 

 

These prices do not include running the new service from the building to your house. This will be estimated on site and measured for distance and obstacles.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We must have access to your backyard for the concrete truck, material delivery, roofing truck, etc. If we do not charges will apply.

MC Builders is NOT responsible for damage to your yard or driveway. The customer takes full responsibility. If we cannot drive the concrete truck on the driveway there is an option to have the concrete pumped in or use a georgia buggy for an additional $500 each time.

If concrete has to be brought in by a pump, the pumping fee is $950
